Yes, caps were totally necessary there. I want to read this fic soooo hard. Okay, I'm going to limit myself to three answers in an attempt to be slightly helpful:

- Lock them in the make-up trailer overnight
- Make fake journal entries from Jared saying I <3 Jensen and leave them for Jensen to find?
- Put Jensen up in a charity auction for a date so Jared has to rescue him from the crazy-eyed fangirls?

And honorable mention goes to pointing out Jensen's ass to Jared, because he so would, but when that didn't work immediately he would have to try something more drastic.

I don't know Chad, but I know how men think. *g* If it were me, I'd approach them, separately, with all sincere confidentiality, knowing winks and furtive looks around, and remind them that as their friend, I wouldn't tell a soul, they know they can trust me, so come on, tell me, how is he, really? You know, in bed? I mean, he's hot, yeah, but that's not always a guarantee, you know, and he's got those (cheekbones/legs/insert appropriate body part here) and I mean, I'm a modern guy, I'm open, I see things, and he's been looking at you, so... So, how is he? And then wait for his brain to implode. In a day or two, they're looking at each other and catching each other, and the rest is Karma/chemistry/lust. *g*

I think Chad would try them all - maybe pick two or three and then his final coup de grace is the charity auction, and you know Jared would insist on getting his money's worth... ;-) Actually, you really have to write this now!

Heh. I can totally see the poor guy trying to just point out the many assets of Mr. Ackles to Jared who would then presume that Chad himself is crushing on Jensen and who would then - awesome friend that he is - step back to give them a chance but warn Chad to better be serious about Jensen or else. And because they're manly men who are men that would completely suck at just talking to you know, realise what's really going on. And then there could be that auction and Jared would expect Chad to make a bid who, of course, wouldn't because (a) straight, thank you very much and (b) Jared + Jensen = love. So in the nick of time, aka when Jensen is throwing around wildly desperate looks to have somebody rescue him from that blond, mid-fifty woman with the very scary fingernails, Jared would step in to be a great friend. But Jared and Jensen would probably still not buy a clue, so in the end Chad would scream and flail and yes. Jared and Jensen would lock themselves into that trailer.

i had an idea for a bachelor auction fic last year before i started writing, and give it to a friend who used it for her bigbang fic, but i'm DYING to see what you'd make of it. she set it before SPN, so yours would be totally different and i'm already LMAO thinking about what you'll come up with.

And the box is too small to leave my suggestion: Chad tells Jared that he's planning to set Jensen up with this totally hot guy he knows, and talks smack about how he thinks Jensen might be into guys, and sends Jared pictures for approval and what-not until he drives Jared crazy with the idea that some other guy is imminently going to have a shot at Jensen while he just stands around like a big tongue-tied dork!

You know, when I started writing it in the poll box, there was less detail. But then again, I'm guessing the suggestion isn't remotely ambiguous now. :0

Chad Michael Murray is the laziest guy who'd go for the easiest way out but with the best intentions of course, at least in my mind hehe ;P So.. guess what's the fastest and easiest way to getting them laid... getting them drunk what else!!! :D:D He'll just enjoy the show and wait for it to happen on its own. And if it doesn't, he'll make sure they both pass out and arrange them together on a bed in a compromising position so that they wake up in the morning thinking something did happen and... :D:D Oh right sorry, this is your fic :D:D I got carried away heh.
